Cathy has more than fifteen years of litigation and discovery management experience, both as a litigator and in litigation support. Cathy’s area of expertise is in managed review, including process defensibility and cost-saving strategies utilizing technology assisted review workflows. She actively utilizes analysis and strategy to increase efficiencies, implements best practices and process improvements, and promotes real-time knowledge sharing both internally and with the end client in order to further business intelligence initiatives to gain control of legal spend in a traditionally high-cost arena. As a woman working in the trenches and with the ever-evolving technologies emerging in eDiscovery, it is of paramount importance to Cathy to mentor and empower others in this space.
