This session will focus on the latest early case assessment tools, leveraging analytics, and conducting a pre-litigation investigation driven review and how it differs from a typical production review.

“Cathy’s industry expertise and commitment to mentoring her peers in the legal technology field make her an excellent fit for the panel at WiE,” said Kim Taylor, CEO of Innovative Driven. “The current state of innovative analytics tools and the way they are shaping the future of litigation is such an interesting and timely topic, and we know Cathy will bring a fresh perspective to the conversation.”

Cathy’s area of expertise is in managed review, including process defensibility and cost-saving strategies utilizing technology assisted review workflows.
