This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in Innovative Driven’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). This notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA/CPRA”).

Innovative Driven, LLC (“Innovative Driven,” “ID,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) adopts this notice to comply with the CCPA/CPRA and related regulations.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address)
  • Professional or Employment Information (e.g., job title, company affiliation, work history)
  • Commercial Information (e.g., services requested, engagement history)
  • Internet or Electronic Activity Information (e.g., website interaction data)
  • Geolocation Data (general location derived from IP address)
  • Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., government identifiers, account credentials) where necessary for business operations

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your interaction with our website, and from business partners or publicly available sources.

1. Innovative Driven’s Privacy Policy

Innovative Driven collects, uses, and discloses personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this notice by reference.

2. How to Request that Your Personal Information Not Be Sold.

Innovative Driven does not sell personal information.

Innovative Driven does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.

3. How to Request that ID Delete any Personal Information that ID has Collected About You.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that Innovative Driven delete personal information that we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted under applicable law (“Right to Delete”). Upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct our service providers and contractors to do the same, unless an exception applies under the CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise this right, please follow the request submission and verification process described in Section 5 below.

4. How to Request that ID Disclose Personal Information We Have Collected About You.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request that ID disclose to you certain types of information and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you as part of our established business relationship (“CCPA Right to Know”). To exercise this right, please see the instructions and process set forth in Section 5, below.

5. Request Submission, Verification, and Fulfillment

Submissions: California residents may exercise their CCPA Right to Delete or CCPA Right to Know through the following process:

  • Gather the required documentation if submitting a request on behalf of another individual as provided below.
  • Email the completed CCPA Consumer Request Form and required third-party approval documentation to us at privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line “CCPA Consumer Request”.
  • Or, you may call us toll-free at (877) 777-0207 to request assistance.
  • Please note verification will be required if a request is taken over the phone in accordance with the CCPA regulations.

 Verification:
To protect your privacy and security, we are required to verify your identity before processing any request to Know, Delete, or Correct personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We will verify your request by comparing the information you provide with the personal information we maintain in our records. Depending on the nature of your request and the sensitivity of the information involved, we may request additional information to confirm your identity. We may also use a third-party identity verification service to assist in this process. If we are unable to verify your identity with reasonable certainty, we may deny the request in accordance with applicable law.

Fulfillment:
Once your identity has been successfully verified, we will process your request in accordance with applicable law. We will respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA/CPRA and provide our response through the method you specify, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

Authorized Agent Requests:
If you submit a request on behalf of another individual, you must provide proof that you are authorized to act on that person’s behalf. This may include a written authorization signed by the consumer or a valid power of attorney under California law. We may also require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us before processing the request.
