his Privacy Policy describes how Innovative Driven (also referred to below as “ID,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information that identifies or is reasonably capable of identifying you as a natural person, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address (“Personal Information”). 

This Privacy Policy does not govern the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of personal data of ID employees or contractors, nor does it govern any personal data provided to ID by a client for the performance of services under a client engagement, which is governed by applicable contractual agreements and client instructions. 

ID encourages you to review this Privacy Policy when using the ID website (www.innovativedriven.com) (the “Website”) or any other online site sponsored or promoted by us (collectively, our “Sites”). 

  1. When and How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect Personal Information when you or someone acting on your behalf: 

  • Accesses the Website or any of our Sites; 
  • Completes and submits web forms through a Site; 
  • Requests access to or uses our systems for delivery of services; 
  • Communicates with us via email, physical mail, courier, telephone, or social media platforms; 
  • Submits a resume, cover letter, or other employment-related documentation; 
  • Registers for or attends an ID live or virtual event; or 
  • Interacts with us directly in person, by phone, or during live or virtual events. 

We may also receive Personal Information from third-party service providers or business partners supporting marketing, recruiting, analytics, or business development activities.

We may use Personal Information to: 

  • Facilitate registration, reminders, and participation in live or virtual events; 
  • Fulfill reporting obligations to CLE or professional accreditation authorities; 
  • Respond to requests to access content or resources from our Sites; 
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Website and services; 
  • Track Site usage through cookies and similar technologies (see “About Cookies” below); 
  • Deliver promotional, educational, or marketing communications (see “How to Opt-Out of Communications” below); 
  • Manage system authentication and access controls; 
  • Evaluate employment or staffing opportunities; or 
  • Support client relationships, service delivery, and business operations. 

We process Personal Information only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

ID believes privacy is a fundamental right. We do not sell Personal Information. 

We may disclose Personal Information to trusted third parties only where necessary for legitimate business purposes, including: 

  • CLE authorities when you request continuing education credit; 
  • Service providers supporting hosting, analytics, communications, or event administration; 
  • Vendors assisting in authorized service delivery; 
  • Distribution of marketing or educational materials where permitted by law; or 
  • Publication of testimonials you voluntarily provide and authorize in writing. 

We may also disclose Personal Information where required or permitted by law, including when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: 

(i) comply with legal obligations or lawful governmental requests;
(ii) investigate unlawful activity;
(iii) protect the operation or security of our Sites or services;
(iv) protect the rights, safety, or property of ID, our personnel, clients, or the public; or
(v) respond to an emergency involving health or safety. 

  1. How to Opt-Out of Communications

You may opt-out of promotional or marketing communications by: 

  • Selecting the “Unsubscribe” link included in ID emails; or
  • Sending an email to privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line “REMOVE.” 

Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your request. Opting out will not affect communications related to active services, transactions, or existing business relationships.

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies to: 

Understand how users interact with our Sites;

Information security is important to ID. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards are periodically reviewed and updated consistent with industry standards and risk assessments. 

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, ID will comply with applicable notification and reporting obligations under relevant laws and regulations. 

Please exercise caution when sending Personal Information via standard email, which is not inherently secure. Secure transmission options may be arranged by emailing privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line: SECURE TRANSMISSION REQUEST. 

  1. For California Residents

ID maintains a separate California Privacy Policy describing rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of Personal Information. 

The California Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference. 

  1. For Visitors Outside the United States

If you access our Sites from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where ID or its service providers operate. 

By using our Sites, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that applicable data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. 

  1. For European Data Subjects

ID respects the rights of individuals located in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom. Where applicable, individuals may exercise rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and related laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. 

Requests may be submitted to privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line: GDPR DSR. ID will review and respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 

  1. For Data Subjects Outside Europe and the United States

Individuals located in other jurisdictions may submit requests to exercise applicable privacy rights under local law by contacting privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line: GLOBAL DSR, including sufficient information to identify the applicable law and verify identity. 

  1. About Minors

ID does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13, and our Sites are not directed to children. 

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided Personal Information without consent, they may contact us at privacy@innovativedriven.com with the subject line: CHILD PRIVACY, and we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
