Innovative Driven Continues Process Improvement with its Employee Empowerment Program

Founded by Intel and used by Google, OKRs are a widely proven method for engaging employees in the growth of an organization. Each quarter, ID employees drive a specific goal, either individually or through a team, that creates efficiencies and streamline processes. OKRs focus on results that matter, increased transparency, and better strategic alignment.

No strangers to OKRs, ID has enhanced the process by adding awards that represent the company’s core beliefs and values. Winners are voted upon by their peers after an OKR presentation. Categories consist of:

• Impact Award – Which OKR creates the largest impact on customer interactions?
• Apex Award – Which OKR resulted in something that can help set us apart from the pack?
• Foundations Award – Which OKR can drive the largest impact on operational efficiency?
