It has been six years now since rule makers enacted the last set of amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and it’s fairly apparent those changes have impacted electronic discovery practice issues. In this program, a panel of experts will examine rules and practice areas that have been particularly impacted, discuss trends and issues arising from case law, and offer best practices for addressing those issues.
