Driven Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of industry veteran Eric P. Mandel to its consulting services practice that also includes Tara Emory, Phil Favro, and Jonathan Swerdloff. Eric is an experienced attorney, business leader, and technologist with in-depth, hands-on experience working on scores of complex US and international litigation matters and advisory engagements. Eric has been recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Commercial Litigation as one of the leading eDiscovery attorneys in the United States, and has served in senior leadership roles at The Sedona Conference, the EDRM Institute, the Legal Technology Professionals Institute, and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. He has also written and contributed to numerous leading publications, including The Sedona Principles, Third Edition, and Records Management for Enterprise Information Governance, from Bloomberg BNA.
“Driven continues to redefine what it means to be a ‘vendor’ in the eDiscovery and information governance space,” says Driven CEO Ozzy Jimenez. “Bringing Eric onboard to join our existing team of world-class consultants extends our ability to serve our clients and compete with the largest players in our industry by providing them with both the technology and the advanced legal knowledge and experience to put it to best use.”
Mandel will be working directly with Driven’s clients both in the US and internationally to address the increasingly complex issues at the intersection of law and technology, including eDiscovery, data privacy and data protection, regulatory data compliance, information governance, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning for information search and retrieval.
“Eric is a true data expert. His knowledge in data privacy, legal technology, and best practices for Information Governance and eDiscovery will provide great value to our clients. We are excited to have him join our growing team,” says Tara Emory, Director of Consulting at Driven.
