Chambers and Partners, the internationally renowned legal rankings firm, has given Driven, Inc. top billing in its annual rankings for eDiscovery (litigation support) firms in the U.S. Recognized as the “legal industry’s most prestigious rankings,” Chambers placed Driven in “Band Three.” This is the third straight year that Chambers has included Driven in its rankings.
“We are pleased that Chambers continues to recognize the value Driven offers clients,” explained Ozzy Jimenez, Driven’s chief executive officer. “Driven has worked hard to develop a reliable and trusted brand that lawyers and companies can rely on for their eDiscovery and information governance needs.”
Chambers rated 20 companies in total in its 2021 litigation support rankings for eDiscovery firms.
“Driven’s continued strong showing in the Chambers eDiscovery rankings is an important gauge,” according to Wynter Grant, Driven’s Chief Revenue Officer. “While we have always maintained that Driven provides best in the industry service for our clients, it’s noteworthy to see the likes of Chambers recognize this as well.”
In addition to ranking individual eDiscovery firms, Chambers also rated lawyers and other “notable practitioners” working at those firms. Among only nine ranked practitioners, Chambers placed two Driven consultants, Tara Emory and Philip Favro in “Band 2” of its three-tier system of rankings. Driven was the only provider with two “notable practitioners” in the nine ranked individuals, which reflects Driven’s elite consultancy.
“I was pleased to see Chambers recognize two of our consultants in its ‘notable practitioner’ rankings,” observed Jimenez. “Of course, Driven is proud to tout the expertise of its entire, elite consulting team.” In addition to Emory and Favro, Driven’s consulting team also includes nationally-recognized eDiscovery and information governance expert Eric Mandel, along with reputable eDiscovery professionals Gregg Parker and Lilith Bat-Leah.
