In this role, Nate will meet with a diverse multidisciplinary group composed of leaders in eDiscovery, security, privacy, compliance, legal ops, litigation support and the judiciary, representing both sides of the v, to help guide the organization’s ongoing projects and planning.
The Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) creates practical global resources to improve e-discovery, privacy, security, and information governance. Since 2005, EDRM has delivered leadership, standards, tools, guides, and test datasets to strengthen best practices throughout the world. EDRM has an international presence in 145 countries, spanning six continents. The Global Advisory Council is a non-governing board who offers their input and thoughts regarding projects, from initiation to publishing.
