Vincent Zampano

Vincent Zampano is a senior client solutions manager based in New York. He has been in the legal industry for over 30 years, both in law firms and service providers. He is a certified eDiscovery specialist in addition to having other degrees in that area. Vincent is a member of ARMA (Association of Records and Administrators) as well as a member of PRBA. While at Innovative Driven, Vincent began helping clients navigate their data as a litigation support consultant. For the past 7 years, Vincent has advised his corporate and law firm clients on data governance and privacy and cybersecurity, M365, internal investigations, and document review.

Guillermo Martinez

Guillermo Martinez is a senior director of business development in New York. He has over 16 years of experience working with clients to advise on critical topics including data privacy and eDiscovery workflow. Guillermo received his juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, where he attended as an evening student. Guillermo serves as a member of the board of directors of the St. John's Law Black Alumni Chapter. He is also a member of the PRBA. During his career at Innovative Driven, Guillermo has advised clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, information governance, and data management within organizations. Guillermo provides customized solutions to his clients and best practices to meet their needs.

Phil Favro

Philip Favro is a leading expert on issues relating to the discovery of electronically stored information. Phil serves as a court-appointed special master, expert witness, and trusted advisor to law firms and organizations on matters involving electronic discovery and ESI. He is a nationally recognized scholar on electronic discovery, with courts and academic journals citing his articles. Phil also regularly provides training to judges on electronic discovery and ESI. He is a licensed attorney who in private practice represented organizations and individuals in litigation across the spectrum of business disputes.In addition to handling a range of complex and other discovery issues, Phil has extensive experience in the courtroom including motion practice involving summary judgment, preliminary injunctions, and discovery disputes, together with trial and arbitration experience.
